Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation, trial access, and refund requests are handled for Maya.

Free Trial

If Maya offers a free trial, the trial terms shown at signup or checkout control when paid access begins.

Trial access may be limited, modified, or ended if it is abused or used in a way that creates security, payment, or operational risk.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel a Maya subscription through the billing area or Stripe-hosted customer portal when billing is active.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Maya may consider refunds for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, accidental renewals shortly after renewal, or other reasonable support situations.

Refunds are not automatically provided for unused time, missed cancellation dates, or dissatisfaction after substantial use, unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, Maya may retry payment, prompt you to update billing details, pause paid access, or move the workspace into a limited state until billing is resolved.
