Maya is wedding planning software for organizing vendors, tasks, budget details, guests, documents, calendars, communications, and related planning information.

You are responsible for the information you add to Maya and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login with people who should have their own workspace access.

To use the product, you may need to create an account and verify your email address. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.

Workspace owners control who is invited into a workspace and what role they have. You are responsible for invitations you send and for removing access when someone should no longer be part of the workspace.

Maya may offer a free trial followed by a paid subscription. Pricing, trial length, and billing interval are shown before checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Maya does not store full payment card numbers. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Maya billing tools and Stripe-hosted billing pages.

You keep ownership of the planning information, files, messages, guest data, vendor notes, and other content you add to Maya.

You give Maya permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, including email, document storage, notifications, and calendar-related features.

Do not use Maya to upload unlawful content, send spam, compromise another person's account, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or violate the rights of others.

Maya may suspend or restrict access if an account creates security risk, payment risk, abuse risk, or legal risk.

Maya is provided as an online service and may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the product improves.

We try to keep Maya reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, vendor outages, and internet issues may affect availability.

Maya helps organize planning information. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, insurance, venue, vendor, or event planning advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Maya is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
